Using Linguinity

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform, including by circumventing payment systems, misrepresenting identity, or engaging in spam or abusive behaviour.

Payments & Fees

Clients agree to fund milestones before work begins. Linguinity holds funds in escrow until the work is approved. Freelancers authorize Linguinity to deduct platform fees as disclosed at the time of engagement.

Liability

Linguinity facilitates connections between clients and freelancers but does not guarantee outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linguinity disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
